FAQ

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We will issue full refunds for refund requests made up to 7 days prior to the event. You can request an event via Eventbrite or email us.
For example, if your event is on April 10th, we will issue full refunds for request made on or before April 3rd.

Q: Do I need to buy a general admission ticket in combination with an Early Bird Meet & Greet ticket or VIP ticket?
A: No, every ticket type includes general admission.

Q: Wait, so if I buy an Early Bird Meet & Greet ticket, general admission is included?
A: Yes, every ticket type includes general admission. 🙂

Q: Do VIP ticket holders get seated first?
A: No, the first 100 seats up front are reserved for VIP ticket holders. VIP sectioned seating and general admission seating are both first come, first serve.

Q: If I have a VIP ticket but my friend has a general admission ticket, will we be able to sit together?
A: Yes, if the VIP ticket holder is willing to sit in general admission area, you two can sit with each other. If the show is sold out, we may not be able to guarantee a seat will be available for the VIP ticket holder outside of the marked off VIP area.

Q: I don’t see a venue posted for my event. When will I know where it will be held?
A: We do our best to have all contracts and details signed off on with our venues 30 days prior to the event. There are a lot of details to work through with each venue, so before we confuse anyone by changing locations, we like to have everything confirmed with our venue prior to releasing it to the public and our attendees. We will notify you when we’ve released the venue information publicly.

Q: How do I get my tickets?
A: You should’ve received your tickets attached to your order confirmation from Eventbrite. As long as you created an account, you can always login to Eventbrite to have them resent to you or to access them.

Q: Do we need to print our tickets or can we show them on our phone/device?
A: Either will work. Our registration team that checks you in simply needs to be able to scan the QR code on your tickets, whether they are printed or displayed on a device.

Q: I can no longer attend an event in one location, but I can attend an event in a different location. Are my tickets transferrable?
A: We can do ticket transfers, however, just as we require in our refund policy, you must request a ticket transfer 7 days prior to the event.

Q: I am having trouble purchasing a ticket. Can I purchase directly from RehabTime?
A: The only method we currently have for accepting payment is through PayPal. If you are having trouble with the Eventbrite website, please email us at [email protected] and we can help you. Otherwise, currently, the only other option is to purchase your tickets at the door, as long as the event hasn’t sold out by then. We apologize for any inconveniences.
